About John Hurley

I am a mobility systems engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, where I lead a team of 1.5 FTEs supporting over mobile devices for a DoD mission-critical mobile endpoint management program. I have a BS in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech, with a concentration in Operations and Supply Chain Management. My core competencies include Ivanti EPMM technical subject matter expertise for Apple iOS/iPadOS, Samsung KNOX platform, and Android Open-Source Project (AOSP), networking, communication, and data analysis. In my current role, I have developed trusted relationships with EMM vendors and partners, enhancing the team's knowledge base for Tier support. I have also coordinated and executed large-scale integration and regression testing, evaluation, and mobile device troubleshooting for Apple iOS and Android OS on flagship devices following DISA, NIST/NIAP, and DOD policies, procedures, and standards. I am passionate about delivering innovative and secure mobility solutions that enable the DoD to achieve its mission objectives. I value teamwork, learning, and customer satisfaction, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the projects I work on.
