I also spearheaded a full network refresh regarding wireless, networking, and VoIP while serving in both presales and post-sales roles. In addition, I liaise with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the company’s technological support structure is driving the business forward with minimal expenditures.
