About John Hutton

My work at Google is exciting to me because every day is unexplored territory. The impact our team has on all kinds of companies is tangible. Customer acquisition can make or break a revolutionary startup and change the trajectory of a 100 year old enterprise. My job is to advise new Google clients on cost effective and scalable growth strategies using Google's most advanced tools. The experiences I've had at Google have taken me from the boardrooms of companies with household names, to video calls with the most influential startups in the current zeitgeist. I've had the privilege to collaborate with brilliant people and the chance to learn something fascinating at any time. There is always more to do and more to see. I feel as though I've been paid to get the world's fastest MBA, covering go-to-market strategy, customer analytics, telling a story with data, product development, creating a brand, program management, UX/UI design, marketing ops; the list continues to grow. The breadth of my experience at Google complements my background of consumer goods (Coca-Cola), the housing industry and adtech. More about me; growing up abroad in the Netherlands shaped my worldview, I can't escape the gravitational pull of NYC, and I have a slight obsession with the startup world and new products.
