Over the past 28 years I have dedicated myself to the Recruiting Industry. I’ve seen several business cycles and an industry that has evolved and changed significantly. As an owner of a boutique recruitment firm, The Finance Department Limited I find myself uniquely positioned to serve and add significant value to Small & Medium-Sized Businesses (SMB’s) in Southern Ontario. All SMB’s are unique and I have the advantage of knowing the skills and personalities that propel these companies forward. Value To SMB Clients: Hiring Finance & Accounting talent is rapidly becoming more challenging. It’s tough to compete with large multi-nationals that have significant recruiting resources at their disposal. As a small business owner I see the challenges first hand. My mission is to bring significant value to your organization in helping you hire the best candidates possible (on a Contract, Temporary or Permanent basis)……and put you on a level playing field in the war for talent. We’ve even designed specific programs that further enhance value to SMB’s. Value To Sr. Level SMB Candidates: Over the years I have spent significant time working with Senior Level Candidates (ie. Controller & up). I have added value through discussion, coaching and helping Professionals find what they truly want and where they best fit. Building long-term (career-long) relationships continues to be my priority.
