As a dedicated HVAC/R professional with over 32 years of experience, I have specialized in market and commercial refrigeration, boiler and hydronic tankless systems, HVAC systems, and related BAS controls. My journey in this industry has been driven by a passion for providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. In my current role as an Assistant Project Manager at a BAS/BMS company, I am expanding my expertise into the project management side of the industry. My responsibilities include coordinating materials requests, updating project statuses, and managing subcontractor progress. I’m focused on organization and proactive planning to ensure project success, leveraging my extensive technical background to support field technicians and enhance workflow efficiency. Previously, as a Senior Technician at Walmart USA, I provided remote and field support, managed service priorities, and oversaw refrigerant usage and inventory across multiple supercenters. My analytical approach to equipment performance and energy efficiency ensured consistent operational excellence. As the former Owner of Apex Repair Service LLC, I established a loyal customer base by delivering long-term HVAC/R solutions. My work included designing chilled water systems for breweries, diagnosing and maintaining residential and commercial systems, and supervising technicians. Integrity and technical excellence were the cornerstones of Apex’s reputation. With earlier experience as a Lead Technician at Vendola Plumbing & Heating and as a Team Chief in Facilities Maintenance for the US Air Force, I’ve managed HVAC/R systems in diverse environments, from supermarkets to hospitals. I am also currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, underscoring my commitment to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of HVAC technology.
