About John Inglis
As Head of Net Zero, I am developing and leading Get Living’s decarbonisation strategy. Drawing on energy consumption data, I am developing CRREM-aligned decarbonisation pathways for Get Living’s portfolio of homes. Planned decarbonisation works include optimisation and electrification of district heating networks, lighting refurbishment works, installing new renewables and electric vehicle charging points, and the co-ordination of development, re-financing and long-term asset replacement strategies. Since joining Get Living as a design manager in 2018, I have supported the delivery of new homes and neighbourhoods in East Village (the former London 2012 Athletes' Village), Lewisham Gateway and New Maker Yards, Greater Manchester.
