Development & Project Management -Development & Project Management of over acres since the year including master-planned communities, multifamily properties, resorts, golf courses, retail and condominiums in several states and countries-Managed the internal development process on numerous commercial land investments-Includes negotiating and coordinating with investors, lenders, land planners, engineers, zoning boards, municipalities, contractors, sub-contractors. Asset Management -Managed 14 assets and over multifamily units, negotiated all contracts associated with each asset-Managed all aspects of multi-site and multi-state land holdings for roll outs for development-Managed B class office buildings and A&B class retail assets in multiple states. Acquisitions and Dispositions -Managed over $900M of property transactions. Included were developments, roll-ups, and re-marketing of multifamily portfolios, retail centers, office buildings, ultra-luxury condominiums, master-planned communities, golf courses and resorts; generating maximum ROI for investors. Analysis -Developed two comprehensive computer modeling programs exclusively for the multifamily industry. One program is for existing properties (valuations, forecasting, and budgeting) and one for land development. Utilizing these, I analyzed a myriad of real estate opportunities through the United States and selected countries around the world. Corporate Finance -Create, maintain and manage corporate budgets, financial forecasting, and analysis while working in concert with head of Treasury and company Chairman-Negotiate and obtain commercial lines of credit and asset financing with numerous agencies-Compose, analyze and interpret financial data for Board of Directors-Develop and review current and future economic statistical data and communicating findings up to the CEO and Board of Directors.
