I have enjoyed a distinguished and extensive career specializing in global business development within the regulated gaming industry, with a steadfast focus on technology, content, distribution, strategy, regulation, engagement, and public relations expertise. Throughout my journey, I've taken pride in contributing to numerous successful innovations within our industry. Notable achievements include pioneering milestones such as obtaining the first-ever approval from the Nevada Gaming Control Board for mobile sports betting in Nevada, and launching the world's first betting app available in the Apple Store. Furthermore, I developed and deployed the first kiosk sports betting device (SBX) to gain regulatory approval. Further, I created Million Dollar Ticket, licensed by the State of Nevada for a bonus game in restricted gaming locations. In 2004, I co-founded Metaversal Gaming Corp, an early adopter in the gaming and metaverse regulation space. My extensive work history spans various facets of gaming, including lottery, keno, bingo, skill games, slot machines, table games, sweepstakes, blockchain, systems, and my specialty, race and sports betting. Over the years, I've cultivated global relationships and extensively traveled to regions such as Asia, Canada, Europe, Central and South America, Mexico, Caribbean, Tribal Nations, and other regulated gaming jurisdictions. Notably, I played a pivotal role in the acquisition of American Wagering Inc. by William Hill, the world's largest bookmaker, securing Nevada Gaming Commission approval. Additionally I served at Betfair and TVG, a London-listed company, in late 2013, overseeing development efforts in Asia and the Americas. Currently, I hold the positions of President and CEO at WEBE Gaming, a global management and operations firm with offices in the US and China, and Partner and Managing Director of Sports Betting and Technology at GMA Consulting. My unique position equips me to assist clients in sports betting and gaming expansion, regulation, and technology. In addition to my industry expertise, I am certified in foreign and domestic financial and background investigations, and corporate compliance 360, issued by UNLV Center for Gaming Regulation. My work has garnered media attention, with features on television, radio, and in hundreds of worldwide print articles. I've had the privilege of serving as the Chairman of the International Gaming Standards Association, lecturing at colleges and conventions worldwide, and being a keynote speaker and panelist on multiple occasions over my 40-year career.
