While at Emdeon I managed the company’s largest account, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), representing over 9.4 million beneficiaries processing more than one billion claims. This DoD segment was surveyed by an independent organization. The government rated Emdeon as “extremely satisfied” with the current operational processes & customer support.
