About John J. Reeve

I have over 27 years of experience in providing compensation analysis services to Fortune 500 manufacturers in the electrical, electronic, hand tool and power tool industries. My core competencies include cloud computing, management, process improvement, and data analysis. My mission is to make sense of granular data in an easy to understand format for sales representatives, sales and marketing management, and corporate management. As the founder and CTO of Perfection Data, I lead a team of dedicated and talented professionals who share my vision and passion for delivering high-quality and customized solutions to our clients. In addition to my role at Perfection Data, I also worked as a technology specialist at Arthur Andersen for four and a half years, where I applied my skills in Excel, data analysis, and cloud computing to support various projects and initiatives. I earned a certification as an Excel University Graduate with honors, which demonstrates my proficiency and expertise in using Excel for data analysis. I also have a BS in Finance and a minor in Political Science from Northern Illinois University, and an Associate in Science in Business/Commerce from Elgin Community College.
