About John Jacobs

As Global Head of Capital Markets at GSA, I lead the strategy, structuring, and execution of the capital stack supporting the company’s worldwide growth ambitions. Based between Madrid, Dublin, and London, I am a member of GSA’s Executive Team and the Executive Leadership Team of The Dot Group (thedotgroup.com), as well as a Board Member and Director of several related entities. I also serve on the Dot Group Investment and Credit Committees and act as an advisor to Kinetic Capital. I oversee teams responsible for: • Debt Strategy & Execution – Origination of new lending transactions and refinancing strategies for a current AUM of c.$7bn. • Equity Capital Raising – Leading fundraising initiatives across Europe, APAC, and LATAM for GSA’s flagship discretionary equity fund, GSA Coral. Since joining GSA in 2017, I have leveraged over 20 years of international experience in corporate banking, real estate, and complex property transactions across markets including the USA, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Australia, Japan, and Ireland. My career is defined by delivering innovative financing solutions, building high-performing teams, and driving sustainable growth in global real estate capital markets.
