Strong program and project management professional with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) focused in Construction Management from Purdue University. 9 years of international manufacturing facility & portfolio management. This includes the construction of new factories, plant expansion projects, renovation projects, large capital investment projects, lease negotiations, purchase and sale of properties and production line moves internally between plants. My scope has included all aspects of division facility footprint management from coordinating legal teams for federal approval of land purchases to negotiating development deals and lease-backs. I also have 25 years of construction, design and development management and estimating experience in a variety of competitive markets around the country and in Mexico with a diversified pool of clients.
