With over 15 years of proven leadership experience in the military and corporate environments I am passionate about empowering teams to create solutions in dynamic situations. I truly enjoy problem solving. I have led teams from 5 personnel to over 400 in varied situations. I have a unique understanding of how to communicate to executive leaders and what they are looking for. I thrive under pressure and am able to make tough decisions in critical situations to drive preferred outcomes and organizational change. Program and project managing are positions that fit with my personality and experience that I truly enjoy. I appreciate the importance and nuances of maintaining relationships and achieving required goals. I understand my environment and other's perspectives enabling me to work within or outside my team to provide solutions that allow for cross level buy in. I also appreciate performing root cause analysis to determine process, training, or human behavior in-efficiencies to develop practical solutions. Troubleshooting, whether it is processes or mechanical, is a talent that I was given and have developed to be a strong skill set.
