I have over 10 years oil and Gas experience working for an composite repair solutions company ICR integrity (Also known as Walker Technical). Trained to install a verity of repairs including complex geometry, structural repairs and decking, using a verity of resin systems. My current position is Supervisor/lead technician which involves either working of my own or managing small teams of technicians to deliver/ execute work scopes. I am trained to IRATA Level 1 with over 800 hours rope hours. I also have over 10 years management experience in a quick service restaurant environment. My last position held was that of lead business manager managing a restaurant turning over £3.6m and overseeing all aspects of running a busy restaurant, P&L accounting, people recruitment and development, driving sales, customer service. I had a proven track record of delivering increased sales and improved profit and improving the KPI’s of the stores I ran. I also provided area management cover/relief.
