Before that I worked 25 years for Ten Cate Enbi as Rubber compounder, prototype development (paper feed rollers etc.), trouble shooter in production and rubber-coating specialist for Laser-jet charge - and developer rollers. Professional skills and knowledge: Rubber compounding and rubber coating development, EPDM specialist, Technical support and Application development, general know how in thermoset rubber polymers like CR, EVM,(H)NBR etc
