Educator and instructional designer with over 20 years of experience teaching students of all levels across the UAE, Oman, and Japan. For the past decade, I've focused on curriculum development and instructional design—most recently within the aviation sector, where in addition to teaching, I’ve spent the last five years aligning training programs with international regulatory frameworks and operational standards. I currently serve as an IMS Champion, playing a key role in promoting and maintaining Integrated Management Systems within an aviation training context. This includes supporting compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards—ensuring alignment with regulatory bodies. Throughout my career, I’ve held leadership roles such as Lead Teacher, Department Head, and University College EAP Exam Coordinator, where I oversaw exam processes for approximately 1,700 students each semester. I’m also highly adept at leveraging educational technology to drive learner engagement and instructional efficiency. Certified English language examiner (oral and written) for globally recognized assessments since 2011.
