About John Jones

I have a vocational degree in engineering from Finger Lakes Technical and Career Center, where I received the Top of the Trade award for my performance in CAD and design. I also have skills in programming, Project Management and Microsoft Suites, which I developed through my education and previous work experience. Before my current position, I was an application technician at Alstom, a global leader in rail transport and infrastructure. There, I designed basic circuits for relay and microprocessor applications, assisted in detail checking of drawings and material lists, and wrote and tested code for various rail components and systems. I enjoyed working with a diverse and talented team, contributing to innovative and challenging projects, and learning new technologies and skills. I am motivated by the opportunity to apply my engineering knowledge and skills to different domains and contexts, and to support the goals and vision of the organization I work for. I believe I can bring a unique and valuable perspective and experience to any team, as well as a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
