About John Karalis

John’s passion for real estate began at age 20 buying his first investment property with his siblings. Through years of operating successful retail and hospitality businesses his passion for real estate continued with buying, selling and leasing of both residential and commercial properties, renovating and small developments. In 2018 John decided to pursue his passion full time, and along with his brother set up Karalis Real Estate. John’s background in both real estate and business have given him the ability to provide any buyer or seller with a full vision and service that goes beyond the sale or purchase of a property. His knowledge around small lot codes and council requirements makes him a first choice as a developer’s agent. John has raised his young family in Mount Gravatt East with his children attending local schools so understands the needs of families and the local community. With family and culture at the forefront John regularly volunteers in community events from school events, assisting sporting clubs and representing on the Cretan committee. He is passionate about providing the right property to suit the needs of each individual and will dedicate his full energies to ensuring a transparent, stress free experience for both buyer and seller. With personal experience in leasing of residential and commercial properties and being a tenant through his own businesses John has many insights into what landlords and tenants expect and how to manage those sometimes competing priorities.
