As an accomplished and results-driven senior leader, I have extensive experience in engineering program management, risk management, global partnership management, and stakeholder engagement. During my career, I have applied my comprehensive communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills to forge lasting connections. I am an adaptable professional with strong technical expertise in robotics and mechanical engineering who aligns budgets and business objectives to maximize impact. I am also an efficient team leader who mentors and develops employees, including those accepted into Boeing’s prestigious fellowship program. Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career with Boeing: • Establishing the production validation approach to eliminate a costly verification process, using design features to control build, which saved $1M+ in net revenue and $50K in recurring revenue. I stabilized features and the design process to validate a contour piece within the first five pieces of equipment for 787s. • Decreasing costs for a $600M budget by $275M in 16 months by identifying risks and creating mitigation plans and paths to enable a renewed vision for the fabrication methodology. • Negotiating with suppliers to ensure production continuity and partnering with legal and contract professionals to gain insight into the proprietary system and ensure protection for Boeing.
