About John Kempton

John Kempton has been running JRK Consultants Ltd since 1992. John is a highly experienced HR consultant, facilitator, trainer, coach and author who has worked in the areas of Human Resources and Learning & Development for over twenty five years. He was a Human Resources Manager with a Financial Services Company in the City of London before establishing himself as a freelance Training and Organisation Development Consultant. John has also many years’ experience of working as a Management trainer – especially with CMI and ILM accreditations. He teaches/lectures on many qualification programmes as well as designing bespoke courses for individuals and teams on Supervision, Management and Leadership. Key areas of expertise: HR, Management skills, Effective Presentation Personal Organisation and Coaching Since 2010 I have designed and delivered a series of 5 day workshops.
