Independent Non-Executive Director and Advisor with experience in Public and Private sectors passionate about creating a positive social and environmental impact. Sectors include Tech, Financial Services and Health, supporting delivery of business and financial strategies, preparing business plans, organisational design and raising capital. Significant experience in working effectively as part of, and in conjunction with a range of Boards ranging from Audit, Finance, Risk and Remuneration committees with many years of managing regulation, corporate governance and risk. Personable nature with high energy and focus whilst holding a presence in the Board room. Executive roles over the past 15 years include CEO and CFO in small and large businesses under Public, Listed and Private / PE ownership. Broad experience included working with Regulators, driving large strategic initiatives, step changes in strategy, strategic reviews, sale of business, debt and public raising of funds, business turnaround, organic growth, leading major change, delivering propositions to market, leading costs & synergy programmes, and M&A.
