About John Keogh

I am an experienced software developer currently using asp.net MVC to develop scalable SQL Server driven database systems and also Java for Android mobile device applications that are present on the Play Store. I have excellent customer facing skills. I am used to gathering sometime vague requirements from clients and then producing a more comprehensive requirements specification in agreement with the client through quite a few iterations. Once the specification is agreed I can then start to develop the software with my team in a phased approach, gathering feedback and any necessary changes from the client as the project evolves through to a complete tested and working solution. I have made a lot of contacts over the years and my clients tend to follow me as I have changed companies, some clients have been with me for well over a decade and I really value these relationships. Some of the clients I have worked with are BT, The FA, The Health Protection Agency, Connecting for Health, Liverpool Football Club, NHS Direct, many NHS Trusts and PCT's, Ralph Lauren, Diabetes UK, Wigan Leisure Culture Trust, Heinz, Liverpool City Council. As you can see from my company history I have worked on a diverse number of projects from hand held data collection, call centre software, touch screen information systems, Multimedia CDROM's, self assessment/performance management and CRM systems, mobile phone apps to name but a few.
