About John Keoni Boyd

Strategic Technical Leader | Bridging Complex Systems & Human-Centric Execution As the lead architect for live surgical broadcasts at Keck Medicine of USC, I orchestrate mission-critical media productions, commanding a full ecosystem of technology from DaVinci Robotic (DV5/XI/SP) and 4K integration suites (OR1, Karl Storz, Stryker, Olympus) to Kinevo microscopy—ensuring flawless execution while fostering trusting, positive team cultures. My work lies at the intersection of advanced technology and human collaboration, turning high-stakes challenges into opportunities for innovation and excellence. I specialize in translating complex systems into intuitive workflows, building robust partnerships between technical teams, executives, and end-users. My award-winning background reflects a commitment to operational leadership, proactive training, and relationship-driven results that elevate entire departments and cross-functional projects. I am now seeking to apply my unique blend of operational leadership and technical mastery to a forward-thinking organization—where I can bridge gaps, elevate talent, and translate vision into flawless execution. Let’s connect to discuss how I can help your team achieve new levels of performance and innovation.
