I am the Global Lead for Accenture's Responsible AI for HR, Responsible Assessment and Credentialing teams. My Responsible AI for HR team leverages the expertise from HR, Legal, Employment Law, Data Science and Behavioral Science to ensure AI/GenAI solutions deployed within HR are developed and deployed responsibly. We've developed a highly-effective process for ensuring the key dimensions of Accenture's RAI strategy are being met by vendor and/or internally developed solutions. In my role as the Global Lead, I spend most of my team partnering with our global HR Function Leads and Project Leads to ensure appropriate steps are being taken to use AI across the employee experience. My Responsible Assessment team supports Accenture’s goals of Including and Diversity by ensuring the assessments our people take part in are done fairly, are properly validated and do not lead to unwarranted adverse impact. I spend significant time collaborating with HR and Talent leaders, both inside and outside of Accenture, discussing how assessments can enable the Workforce of the Future and the Gig economy. My Credentialing team maintains and promotes consistent standards for internal credentials and recommends standards for using external credentials in business-specific talent strategies. I spend considerable time working closely with Learning Leads and Business Leads to understand their need for credentials, and then advise them in how to design and deploy those credentials to drive the most value for their organization. I enjoy working across the assessment and credentialing ecosystems - spending time with other leaders strategizing how we can truly enable our clients to use these solutions properly and effectively, but also considering the impact on these solutions to our people's use of assessment and credentialing data. This has led to many opportunities to speak with several members of the C-Suite with regards to the practical needs of our industry in order to stay relevant to their Talent needs in the future. When not working, I love spending time outside with friends and family.
