Excellent communication skills, excellent organizational tools, great out of the box thinker, loves to be in the "mix", getting my hands dirty and making things happen. Strong teacher, motivator and leader. My automotive knowledge span is very wide, I have been a mechanic, body man and painter, but my emphasis has been the aftermarket business since 1991, focused strongly in the performance side of the industry. Working in manufacturing gave me a lot of insight on buying, development, cataloging, marketing, pricing, machining, heat treating, production, packaging, and distribution.
