As a Lean Construction Manager with over 11 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, I bring a comprehensive understanding of both construction and operations & maintenance across wind, solar, and battery storage technologies. My career has been defined by a commitment to efficient project delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Over the past 6 years, I’ve served as an Owner’s Representative overseeing the construction of more than 2GW of renewable energy projects. My responsibilities have spanned multiple technologies and manufacturers, requiring a deep technical knowledge, adaptable leadership, and strong communication across stakeholders. Prior to my construction-focused role, I spent 5 years in Operations and Maintenance, where I developed a grounded, long-term perspective on asset performance and lifecycle optimization. I’m driven by the belief that sustainable energy infrastructure must be built with precision, purpose, and people in mind. I take pride in my ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships, navigate complex challenges, and contribute to projects that move the energy transition forward.
