About John Kingham

Currently, I am the global technical lead (ASA) for our upcoming Orbit 60 product line. The Orbit 60 is poised to be the new industry benchmark for Condition Monitoring and Machinery Protection. Prior to the pandemic, I led our efforts with regard to Bently Days and tradeshows, along with conducting customer lunch & learns, demonstrating product, and helping to define solutions for customers interested in expanding their condition monitoring programs. At the start of the pandemic, I pivoted to organizing and presenting webinars. My team, and I had over participants who viewed these webinars live. Managed a team of 15 FAE's. Our FAE's are responsible for ensuring that our customers get the products and solutions that are right for their needs. This includes discovering their needs, demonstrating product and making sure that the solution provided will work. The team has a diverse set of skills and experience with each of the FAE's bringing their unique perspective to the team and our customer. The team is also involved with customer education including Lunch and Learns, and full on "Bently Days." We also write application notes, and product specific newsletters. Managed a $5.6 Million (revenue) Service organization of 30 engineers and technicians. Vibration analysis of rotating machinery on 5 continents. Conducted Machinery Diagnostics training, Train the Trainer training, Technical liason for Sales organization. The first half of my Bently career was involved with diagnosing machinery problems, worldwide, based upon their vibration characteristics. Balancing Frame 5 Gas turbines was a particular skill.
