About John Kinkeade

Connecting people with the opportunity for success is what drives me. From discovering the right mortgage product to providing an employee with the tools for success or teaching my sons how to golf, helping others attain success fuels my passion. I enjoy looking at the big picture and finding creative ways to get a job done. The customer experience is at the heart of my goals and actions for myself and my team, understanding that a great experience for one person can turn into a long-term relationship with them as well as their peers. I believe this experience is important for employees as well, as an employee who enjoys coming to work is one that will always champion for and commit to our goals and organization. As much as I enjoy my time at work, I believe fun outside of work is just as important. I enjoy hitting the links and lakes with my wife and two sons as well as hanging out with our friends and family. My family and I are always looking for ways to give back including volunteer opportunities and raising funds for a cure for MS.
