From my beginnings as a CNC programmer and operator to roles in scheduling and production management, I’ve built a career grounded in hands-on experience, strategic planning, and a passion for innovation. As Director of Operations and Chief Innovations Officer, I am dedicated to balancing operational excellence with forward-thinking strategy. My comprehensive understanding of the business, honed through years of diverse roles, enables me to identify opportunities for efficiency, champion lean manufacturing principles, and drive sustainable growth.
