Optimize the use of research tools such as Transearch to define the market potential, key commodities, shippers and receivers in key Business Economic Areas (BEAs)- Quantify the competitive factors and assess the cost components required for service entry-Define the KPIs for market leadership - Define the resources, internal and external, that are available - Prioritize the opportunity relative to others being developed, based on CAPEX requirements and EBITDA goals -Pick the members of the team that have the drive, enthusiasm, and management tools and people savvy to get the job done. Lead by example- Execute the proposal-capitalize on the preparatory work. Work with internal and external stake holders to advance the project- Close the deal- Engage with the Customer post award - celebrate and start over.
