About John Kramkowski

Compliance and risk management are my passion. For over 15 years, I've thrived in leading teams and crafting programs that ensure organizations operate smoothly and ethically. My journey began in the Tucson Unified School District, where I tackled diverse roles. As an At-Risk Youth Interventionist, I championed student success by forging partnerships with community resources and promoting technology integration. Later, as Program Coordinator for Curriculum & Instruction, I spearheaded curriculum development and revamped underperforming schools. I even trained educators as a Microsoft Master Trainer, empowering them with tech skills. At Pima Community College, I transitioned to Project Director for a federal TRIO Grant. My focus shifted to ensuring meticulous compliance and accountability, while fostering collaboration across a diverse team. Currently, as Compliance Manager at the University of Arizona, I oversee compliance for online, distance, and continuing education. I work across departments, crafting comprehensive programs, identifying risks, and keeping everyone informed. My expertise extends beyond compliance. I excel at program development and evaluation, grant writing and execution, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. I'm also a whiz at data analysis and business process improvement. Throughout my career, I've cultivated a collaborative spirit. I actively engage stakeholders, building trust and ensuring everyone's on the same page. My commitment to training and development empowers teams to excel.
