Highlights of my accomplishments include: Exposing real-time insights and opportunities, through an integrated omnichannel experience, resulting in over $30M savings in total medical spend annually. Creating digital experiences that increase patient engagement with primary care services, health assessments, wellness screenings, and heath coaching services/programs. Driving standards-based clinical data exchange between payer and providers to close gaps in care. Enabling affordable and convenient care at home, employer onsite clinics, and mobile/virtual clinics through optimal technology infrastructure, connected devices, applications, and concierge-level support. Building a revenue cycle platform for large hospital performance improvement, which delivered net revenue gains of 3 percent to 6 percent annually for clients while increasing patient, physician and staff satisfaction measures.
