As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Techy Innovation LLC, identified contractual opportunities that are in line with Techy Innovations LLC niche areas of practice and developed strategies for creating the company's unique value proposition. As part of the Data Center Discovery team for Office of the Chief Information Office (OCIO) and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for the IT Modernization. Worked on Data Center Optimization Initiative (DCOI) established by Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to reduce the number of data centers from thirty-nine to two for USDA. For FY2018, I have traveled to eighteen data centers, conducted assessments and recommended 21 data centers for closure, surpassing the original goad of 18 data centers. At the end of 2021, DCOI teams effort, USDA saved $62 million in data center optimization initiative. Lead the team for United States ARMY as technical manager for Headquarters Army Environmental System (HQAES) which is part of Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (OACSIM) project at the Pentagon. This is the US Army Staff Agency responsible for managing Army’s environmental programs to collect, analyze and report environmental data in an efficient and effective manner. Also involved in maintaining enterprise applications at Army Nation Guard Bureau (ANGB) and US Reserves. John Krishnappa with an experience of 4 years in Cloud Migration for large agency such as USDA, 3 ½ years in Department of Defense (DoD) in architect and designing cutting edge with Mobile, web and windows-based applications for managing the financial applications and, 14 years in financial industry private sector. Additionally, he has provided recommendations using the latest technologies, including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and machine learning. He has built a process improvement tool RPA Wizard and DCOI Portal which generates documents based on CMMI, ISO and CMMC process defined criteria. The value of this RPA tool is, it brings consistency in reports and automates the process improvements procedure. Integrating large enterprise systems as well as converting the manual process into enterprise architecture using the latest technology in the DoD, federal and commercial sectors.
