I love rolling up my shirt sleeves and building creative solutions for business teams. A multi-certified engineer with significant experience in both private business and government involving roles in system and application administration, solution design and development, enterprise architecture, and process and procedural support, I'm a big fan of ITIL and customer-oriented methodologies, and recently have been studying SolarWinds Service Desk (nee Samanage) as a vehicle to help IT enhance the relationship with its customers. My specialization has been with IT monitoring, alerting, and reporting for infrastructure as well as application and business teams, and I've managed many enterprise monitoring solutions throughout my career.
