I am a dedicated Health and Safety professional with extensive experience across diverse sectors, including government, non-governmental organizations, healthcare (hospitals and long-term care), construction (high-rise and low-rise), manufacturing, distribution, and the pharmaceutical industry. I have also served as a key member of an Infectious Disease Control Department, contributing to infection prevention and environmental safety initiatives. My expertise spans unionized and non-unionized workplaces, with a strong focus on occupational health, labour and compensation systems, and early and safe return-to-work programs. I have successfully developed and implemented strategies that have reduced Workers’ Compensation costs and supported sustainable workplace accommodations. In addition to my core safety leadership, I bring knowledge of industrial hygiene and environmental health, particularly within high-risk settings such as healthcare and pharmaceutical environments.
