About John Lagacy

John has more than 18 years of experience in SAP and has been involved in system stabilization since 2005 while at TXU. While I am a billing guy I became a ‘solutions expert’ at TXU managing the whole solution including CRM, Lodestar, SAP, BW, People soft Finance, TIBCO and Print providers. I have continued to be involved in the training of operational support people on every project since then and I am fully aware of the problems encountered on every large project we have been involved with including recently leading the stabilization of the Hydro One solution. My problem solving skills are top notch and my in depth knowledge of Utilities processes is extensive and complete. John is a Utility Solution Expert and brings a wealth of knowledge to build solutions with strong system integration. This includes more than 15 full implementations and go-lives including post "Go Live" stabilization and go live acceptance, parallel testing and user acceptance testing.
