About John Lakey

Understanding what’s important to you is my only objective. I do this by listening, by asking the right questions and providing feedback based on extensive knowledge and experience. The most successful business relationships start with trust. I chose to transfer my skills of client management, problem solving, solution selling and strategy development (and execution), to Capconnect in 2019. Being able to offer uniquely comprehensive solutions across Managed Print Services, NBN/Telephony and IT support is incredibly diverse and rewarding. Based in Rockhampton, my territory not only includes the city and its immediate surrounds South of the Fitzroy, but extends west to Emerald encompassing regional towns including Gracemere, Blackwater and Springsure. Clients range from SMEs to major institutions like Not for Profit organisations, education institutions (private and public), as well as government bodies. I consult with my clients to devise and implement outcomes to save costs, increase office productivity and grow their businesses. Our professional service department and local technicians provide an unparalleled level of expertise and after sales service. m: 0432 085 031 e: john@capconnect.com.au
