Results are my passion. I’ve spent the past 30 years in leadership positions, and have become known for successfully developing talent and implementing systems. The final results of these plans and actions have resulted in achieving consistent double and triple digit sales and revenue growth for my clients, regardless of their industry or the economy. Before becoming a Master Certified Business Advisor, and recruiting the best team in the business for both of my sister companies, my career included executive positions with three Fortune 500 companies. Today, a key theme that runs across the board in all our work centers is one built around leadership capability and performance. CEO’s and other executives have three fundamental options for the performance of their company: tolerate the company’s existing performance; partner with an executive search firm and buy/upgrade the leadership talent; or develop the existing leadership team, regardless of the companies size. I have designed and implemented executive education and leadership programs with GE, the University of Michigan Business School and the Center for Creative Leadership. I have been tapped as an expert business source by prominent media such as The New York Times, dBusiness Magazine and CBS. In 2014 I released my newest books “Leadership is The Answer” and “Superstar for Life. Career Transitions.” Credibility is critically important in today’s market. I am proud to have been recognized as the North American Associate Business Advisor of the Year from 2007 through 2010 and the 2008 Global Associate Business Advisor of the Year.
