After 12 years of distinguished service in the United States Coast Guard, I transitioned into the consulting sector, bringing my expertise in managing complex operations and leading high-performing teams. In my current role at LMI, I apply my extensive experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and organizational development to deliver impactful solutions for our clients. My tenure in the Coast Guard honed my skills in managing diverse teams, overseeing critical operations, and ensuring mission success under challenging conditions. Previously, I managed various teams within the USCG, both ashore and at sea, overseeing operations related to search and rescue, maritime law enforcement, and natural disaster response. My experience includes leading large teams and coordinating efforts across multiple operational domains.
