I have a master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology and 18.5 years of experience as an Adjunct Faculty at Grand Canyon University, where I teach online courses in education and technology. My core competencies include training and development, customer relationship management, staff development, technology infrastructure, and contract negotiations. I am passionate about empowering my team and my students to achieve their goals and overcome their challenges.
