With nine plus years of comprehensive experience in talent acquisition, I have successfully overseen and led diverse teams comprising recruiting managers, lead recruiters, senior recruiters, recruiters, and talent acquisition coordinators for US based and international organizations. My expertise spans recruiting for and managing strategic initiatives within high-volume recruitment environments to filling executive-level roles across various skill sets. I have a versatile background that encompasses agency recruitment, high-volume hourly staffing, executive search, and exempt corporate recruitment, allowing me to adapt to different organizational needs. Additionally, I have been involved in multiple systems integrations, streamlining recruitment processes and enhancing operational efficiency. My emphasis on process improvement has consistently yielded significant time and cost savings for organizations, demonstrating my ability to optimize talent acquisition workflows and contribute to overall organizational success. Currently, I am Director over the talent acquisition team for The ODP Corp within ODP Business Solutions (B2B) and VEYER Logistics (supply chain).
