About John Lepo

A very motivated problem solver, interested in how the evolving work of data analytics & data driven decision making is shaping the world. My fascination with data started with my work in athletics, when i could finally find a language to express intuitive beliefs, and then poured over into excel when i realized how easy it was to create the workflows i needed when that software didn't exist yet, then has ran wild in the world since then.Faced with the decision of pursuing my PhD in Kinesiology or move into technology, i choose the latter and have enjoyed going all in on this world.Proud to say i've had the privilege to work with athletes at the Middle School, High School, NAIA, NCAA D1, Olympics, and nearly every professional sports league. After a decade of being around coaches who are incredible transformational leaders, my perspectives on servant leadership are somewhat unique and i'm grateful to be able to pass those lessons along in a variety of part time, and volunteer coaching roles.
