About John Lepore

John’s practice focuses on complex litigation and investigations for national health insurers and property and casualty insurers. John has deep experience representing insurers contending with systemic insurance fraud, including health care fraud. He is a primary contact for and works closely with insurers to develop investigation, claims handling, and litigation strategies to detect, prevent, and deter fraud. In addition to advising clients on strategies designed to mitigate exposure, John has successfully litigated RICO, fraud, and qui tam actions involving health care services in federal and state courts across the country. John has significant experience in all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, motion practice, written discovery, document production, depositions, expert discovery, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations, agreements, and enforcement. John is admitted to practice law in Arizona and Illinois.
