About John Lilly

I was born in the midwest into a family of 14 children and learned life skills at a very young age that shaped my character. The value of relationships and caring for others was instilled while watching over my younger brothers and sisters. There was a new sibling every year! Along the way, I learned the exhilaration of surprises, joy, humor and most especially the virtue of placing others first. During Junior High and High School, I worked as a farm laborer and served the public at a local fruit and produce stand. During this time, I developed stronger communication and relationship skills while serving my customers. At the age of 18, I began working in a steel fabricating factory and was promoted to Traffic Manager when I turned 21. I was responsible for bringing business into the factory for over 400 workers. I developed the ability to pay attention to detail and remain calm, even under very stressful circumstances. Later, I began a career in the Information Technology field working night-shifts and eventually completed my college education earning Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees at Arizona State University. Always in a support and consulting role serving my clients, I spent several years at Sun Microsystems and Oracle. I have been married for 38 years and am blessed with a wonderful wife and four delightful daughters. I bring decades of customer care experience, a strong work ethic and over 40 years living in the greater Phoenix area. I am your resource for any Real Estate need to help you buy, sell or invest in your next home or property.
