Key solution areas include- ATM and self-service - Teller Automation - Transforming the In-Branch experience - Integrated service solutions - with an emphasis on efficiency, security & compliance - Software & Professional Services - In-Lobby Self-Service - multi-vendor service I am currently growing Diebold Nixdorf market share in Canada as the lead relationship manager for a major FI alliance, directly managing key sales for major regional financial institutions throughout the country, with emphasis on software and integrated service solutions that drive demand for hardware and more traditional offerings. The emphasis is on building value - through both removing cost and enhancing the customer experience. I have been with Diebold Canada over 18 years, including roles in regional account management, national accounts, and business development. My current role includes elements from all three. Previous industry experience includes bar code labeling and data collection, and laboratory and hospital equipment (sales and service). Specialties: Strong customer focused sales. skills.
