About John Lippert

John Lippert began his financial services career in with MetLife. Shortly thereafter he joined Money Concepts as a President of his own Financial Planning Center in Washington Missouri. John graduated Cum Laude from Columbia College with a BS in Business Administration. In 1996, John was recognized by Who's Who Among Executives and Professionals. He has been a self-employed business owner in the Union / Washington area for over 20 years. In 1996 and again in 1998, John was honored as an "Outstanding Young Man" by Outstanding Young Americans. John served as an alderman for the City of Union, and ran for the House of Representatives in 1996 and in 1998. He co-founded the Union Merchants Association in 1978. John voluntarily served in the Air Force and the Missouri Air National Guard. John has been a member of the MO Farm Bureau, the MO Chamber of Commerce, the NFIB, the U.S Chamber, and several local chambers of commerce. John has been an officer of the Union Jaycees, Rotary Club, Lions Club, and the American Legion. John officiated high school football for eleven years through the MSHAA. He coached Babe Ruth baseball and softball for over a decade in Washington and has coached Little League Football teams in Washington for twelve years. As City Administrator, John serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the City of St. Clair. He is also responsible for Economic Development, Human Resources, and oversees all city staff and directs their day to day activities and operations.
