Highly experienced Real Estate and Financial Manager seeks short term consulting assignments. My robust management career spans numerous areas of the real estate development and banking industries including land acquisition and entitlement, residential and commercial development, and resolution of troubled commercial and residential real estate secured loan assets. Prior to the real estate meltdown in 2007 I enjoyed a very successful career with several real estate development and homebuilding companies acquiring land and managing the entitlement process for future developments. In addition I managed the development process from land acquisition to final Certificate of Occupancy for an owner/operator of assisted living facilities. After the 2007 real estate crash I redirected my skills first as a residential real estate agent and later as a contract Project Manager for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in five geographically diverse locations restructuring and liquidating commercial and residential real estate secured loans. Combined assets and staff under my supervision were $1.8 billion and 65 respectively. I have also conducted both FDIC and private sector due diligence loan reviews/valuations in multiple states as well as numerous offsite loan reviews. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in both California and Arizona.
