I’m a Manufacturing/Production Supervisor and I would consider myself well versed within my field. My military experience reflects throughout my leadership style. “A coach directs from the sidelines, and is able to build a team without micromanaging.” During my time at Ford Motor Comp I was able to leverage my Team Building skills and gain an understanding on what a Production Supervisor is really cable of. Creating a solid team and maintaining a positive environment are my main priorities. I work well with others and look for opportunities to improve communication between departments. Process Development is my strong point and I take pride in my abilities. I’m always open to bigger and better opportunities but a great culture and atmosphere always counts.
