Currently, as a Pathway Associate Supervisor at PATERSON PUBLIC SCHOOLS, I work closely with school administration and staff to enhance the impact of existing Culinary, JROTC, and Marketing programs, and to launch the Law & Public Safety pathway for the upcoming academic year. I am adept at forging valuable industry connections and building advisory boards, ensuring alignment with emerging trends and real-world needs. I also strategically allocate Perkins budgets to align with specialized pathway requirements, maximizing the effective use of resources. A significant achievement was pioneering a transformative Early College program that enabled 50% of 12th-grade participants to achieve college-level credits.
