I am looking for a company that understands there is no single defining moment, no grand program, no one killer innovation, no solitary lucky break, no wrenching revolution to become a great company. Becoming a great company happens by a cumulative process - step by step, action by action, disciplined decision by disciplined decision, turn by turn of the flywheel - that adds up to sustained and spectacular results. If a company has executed a plan that makes sense and it is not working, don't immediately scrap the plan. Break down the process in to steps. Determine why it's not working and fix it. Fix it so it will not break again. I desire a challenging position where I can utilize my experience as a manager, analyst, and instructor. I am looking for a company that focuses on both customers and employees. I want to know that a company has a vision for the future and executes plans and meets commitments. I am a team player and lead by setting the example. I am very self-motivated. I take the initiative to analyze processes and data to improve efficiency and productivity of the business.
